Marc Dellmann

Marc Dellmann
Marc brings more than 25 years’ experience in private markets, including 10 years at UBS Asset Management, where he headed up private equity and infrastructure globally. Most recently, Marc served as Chief Sales Officer at Munich Private Equity and, prior to that, held senior leadership and investment positions at CEPRES, Allianz Risk Transfer and APAX Partners. With his investment and business development background, he has significant experience across alternative asset classes and led innovative solutions in the market such as the first Private Equity CDO. Marc holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Zurich.

Michael Baltzer
Michael brings with him +25 years of experience from the financial sector. He has held several positions within Private Banking at Danske Bank, Saxo Bank and Handelsbanken. Michael has also been responsible for the Private Equity programme within Danske Bank (Merchant Bank). He holds a Master in Tax (LL.M) from Copenhagen Business School.

Anke is part of our IR team. Prior to joining NIO, Anke was 10 years with UBS Asset Management and in charge of institutional clients in Switzerland and, prior to that, held a similar function at Lombard Odier. She holds a CFA and Master in Economics from the University of St. Gallen.
Jesper Trempenau

Jesper Trempenau
Jesper is part of NIO’s investor relations team. Prior to joining NIO, Jesper worked for +11 years with Nordea Wealth Management and Private Banking both domestically and abroad. Jesper has most recently served as Senior Acquisition Manager at Nordea Wealth Management and has previously held a similar role with Nordea International Private Bank. He holds a graduate diploma in business administration and finance from Copenhagen Business School.

Ulrik brings with him +25 years of experience in the Danish financial sector and he has spent +20 years working in the asset management industry in Denmark.
Prior to NIO, he worked for Alternative Equity Partners. He previously held positions at Nordea AM, SEB AM, Nykredit AM, and Danske Capital.
Casper Hammerich

Casper Hammerich
Casper is part of NIO’s investor relations team and is responsible for building client relationships across the Nordic institutional market. He has spent nearly 15 years working in the asset management industry, during which he has held various roles across the sell-side, buy-side, and lately in strategy consulting. Casper was most recently Director and part of the Executive Management team at strategy consultancy Kirstein, helping asset managers solve strategic challenges and realize the growth potential in the Nordic and European countries.
Casper holds a Master in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School and London School of Economics and has held the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter since 2016.
